Simply go to the “Track my order” section with your tracking number, or with your name and order number.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped
Very often our emails arrive directly in your spam folder . You automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is validated, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will contain a link to the order tracking details. You can also consult the “track my order” page to know the status of your order in real time.
If you have difficulty finding your tracking information, please email us at X and we will be happy to provide it to you.
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. So please email us immediately (at address X) if a change needs to be made. If we manage to catch it in time, we can update your order! If your modification has not been taken into account in time, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns.
